JOHNNY DEPP LOSES LIBEL CASE: Johnny Depp has lost his libel case against British tabloid The Sun, which accused him of beating his ex-wife Amber Heard. The trial revealed allegations of adultery and abuse on both sides. London High Court Judge Andrew Nicol wrote Monday: “The claimant has not succeeded in his action for libel,” the judge wrote, saying that The Sun newspaper had shown that its 2018 story under a headline calling Depp a “wife-beater” was “substantially true.” (Page Six)
MEGAN FOX CALLS BRIAN AUSTIN GREEN OUT: Megan Fox called out Brian Austin Green in the comments section of a post he made with his son Journey, 3. He wrote: “Hope you all had a good Halloween!!” She comented: “I had a great halloween with them yesterday, and yet notice how absent they are from my social media. I know you love your kids. But I don’t know why you can’t stop using them to posture [sic] via Instagram. You’re so intoxicated with feeding the pervasive narrative that I’m an absent mother, and you are the perennial, eternally dedicated dad of the year. You have them half of the time. Congratulations you truly are a remarkable human! EDDIE HASSEL KILLED: Surface actor Eddie Hassell was shot and killed outside his residence in Texas. He was 30. Police told ET: The motive is still under investigation but detectives can confirm a car was taken from the scene and later recovered.” (ET)
