Blazers Stuart on loan to Merritt Centennials

KAMLOOPS — Overage forward Brodi Stuart is the first Blazers player to transfer to Junior A.

Stuart is on loan to the Merritt Centennials until December 20.

With the Western League not planning to start the season until January, it has gave roster players the option to transfer.

Brodi Stuart’s father John is the Director of Hockey Operations and assistant General manager of the Centennials and Brodi’s brother Levi is an assistant coach.

Overage forward Tyler Carpendale is going to the Vernon Vipers while forward Reese Belton is joining Portage in the Manitoba Junior Hockey League.
