More than 560,000 British Columbians have voted in advance polls
KAMLOOPS — Elections B.C. says more than a half-million British Columbians have voted in advance polls since they opened last week.
According to new totals released Wednesday (Oct. 21), there have been 564,951 ballots cast in advance polling stations.
In Kamloops-South Thompson, there have been 7,898 ballots cast in six days of advance polls. The total is 6,913 in Kamloops-North Thompson.
Wednesday is the last day that advance polls are open ahead of general voting day on Oct. 24.
