KAMLOOPS — The variety of wildlife species living around the Kamloops area is truly astounding.

Some nature-lovers set up trail cameras to capture unsuspecting creatures in their natural habitats.

Tom Beeke says he sees a lot of different animals, including cougars, but rarely a mama cat with three kittens. That’s just what he found wander past recently — among other woodland creatures.
