Advance polling stations open for provincial vote

KAMLOOPS — Advance voting ahead of the Oct. 24 provincial election begins Thursday (Oct. 15).

There will be a total of seven days of early voting – though not at every advance polling location.

All advance polling stations are open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

In Kamloops-North Thompson, voting stations at Kamloops Christian School, Moccasin Square Gardens on the Tk’emlups reserve, the North Shore Community Centre, Barriere Lions Club and Clearwater Royal Canadian Legion all open Thursday.

In Kamloops-South Thompson, the polling station at Sahali Mall is the only one to open Thursday. Stations at the St. Paul’s Cathedral and the Chase Community Hall open on Friday.
