Britney’s Still in Court
Britney Spears’ former estate manager told Daily Mail that the singer will likely be kept in a conservatorship for the rest of her life.
Andrew Wallet told the tabloid, “Britney to this day does not have the capacity to sign documents and make decisions for herself. Protecting her assets is very important and for that the conservatorship has to stay in place because she is susceptible to undue influences.”
On Monday (October 5th) Jamie Spears withdrew his petition for Wallet to be reappointed as co-conservator of Britney’s estate.
The Toxic singer’s attorney had told the Superior Court in Los Angeles in September that she was opposed to Wallet’s return because he is ‘uniquely unsuitable’ for the role.
