BRAD PITT WANTS COURTS TO INTERVENE: Brad Pitt wants to spend more time with the six kids he shares with ex Angelina Jolie, and he is asking the courts to get involved. “Brad is asking for 50/50 custody to be put in place and stay in place,” a source tells ET. “Angelina wants to be fair when it comes to custody. She is very structured with the children. Brad has high hopes [they can] try to make it work because of the importance of co-parenting.” The source tells ET, “Brad, for the most part, has been respectful of Angelina’s parenting. While he doesn’t agree with everything, he knows she loves the kids and wants the best for them. He also knows his love and presence are needed.” (ET)

EMMA ROBERTS HAS SOCIALLY DISTANT SHOWER: Emma Roberts found a way to safely celebrate her baby during a small gathering with friends and family. The 29-year-old shared glimpses of the fun, writing: “So grateful to my family and pod for making my pregnancy feel so celebrated during such wild times.” She and partner Garrett Hedlund announced they were expecting a boy in August. A source says the supermodel “looked very happy” during the “fun” night out. “Kaia and Jacob had a fun dinner with friends on Saturday night. Kaia was lovely as always. She also looked very happy. PEREZ HILTON APOLOGIZING: Mario Armando Lavandeira, Jr. created the Perez Hilton site in 2004, and rose to fame mocking celebs. When Rutgers University student Tyler Clement committed suicide after he was outed in 2010, Hilton began to regret outing celebs himself. “People wrote such hateful comments that I couldn’t bring myself to read even half of them,” Perez, now 42, writes in his new memoir, “TMI: My Life in Scandal,” (Chicago Review Press), co-written with Leif Eriksson and Martin Svensson. “The strength of the hate storm really shook me, and popped the bubble I had been living in. I realized for the first time that it wasn’t just a handful of people who disliked what I did – it was the overwhelming majority.
