PHOTOS: Campers leave a mess at Inks Lake

KAMLOOPS — Janice LaPlante says she’s had enough.

LaPlante regularly walks her dogs near Inks Lake and says campers near the lake have left the area a pigsty.

Exasperated, she contacted CFJC Today in an effort to get the word out about the mess.

“It’s a beautiful area for walking and a great family lake for skating. I’d love to see it cleaned up,” she told us.

LaPlante has also contacted the B.C. Conservation Officer Service.
