FRANK OCEAN LAUNCHES VOTING SITE: Frank Ocean wants to get out the vote. The 32-year-old has launched a voting registration site, and announced it in his first return to social media since his brother’s death in August. “Debates are on. It all feels fake. The problem’s that it’s not,” he wrote on his Instagram Story. “Donald [Trump] is president and might not leave the White House even if he loses the race so some say.” His site allows people to register and get updates. KOBE BRYANT INSPIRES NEW LAW: California Governor Gavin Newsom has signed a new law into effect, inspired by photos allegedly taken off Kobe Bryant‘s crash. The new law forbids first responders from taking pictures of fatal accidents and people who have died outside off job duties. Bryant was killed in a helicopter crash January 26th. (Page Six)
