RCMP seek assistance locating wanted man

100 MILE HOUSE–RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man wanted for theft and violence.
37-year-old Matthew Joel Bouwknecht is described as:
- White male
- 5 ft 11 in (180 cms)
- 175 lbs (79 kgs)
- Brown hair
- Green eyes
- Has tattoos on his neck, left hand, right forearm and right upper arm
If located RCMP are asking the public not to confront Bouwknecht, and instead contact police in their jurisdiction. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact 100 Mile House RCMP at 250-395-2456 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
