KELOWNA — Passengers who travelled aboard a flight from Calgary to Kelowna last week are being warned about possible COVID-19 exposure.

According to the B.C. Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC) website, at least one case of COVID-19 has been identified on Westjet flight 3387 from last Tuesday (Aug. 18).

While dozens of flights into B.C. airports have been flagged for COVID exposures this month, this is just the second flight into Kelowna International Airport that has been identified.

Passengers who were on this particular flight, or any that are identified on the BCCDC website, are asked to self-monitor for symptoms for 14 days.
