Power goes out in Juniper Ridge

KAMLOOPS — B.C. Hydro is reporting a power outage covering the Juniper Ridge neighbourhood.

The lights went dark at about 12:45 p.m. Thursday (Aug. 13) and the outage covers an area south of Valleyview Drive and east of Rose Hill Road.

Nearly 1,500 customers are affected.

There is no word on a cause or an estimated time power will be restored.
