KIM AND KANYE RETREAT TO ISLAND: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West boarded a private jet this week with their kids, for an emergency family retreat. The pair have reportedly been living separate lives and are struggling to save their marriage as West grapples with mental health issues amid a run for president. JUDGE JUDY SUED: Rebel Entertainment Partners is suing Judge Judy Sheindlin for allegedly stiffing them out of profits when she sold her eponymous show’s library rights to CBS in 2015. Sheindlin told Page Six in response to the suit: “I have not seen the complaint and can therefore only comment on what I have read which suggests that I am being sued for ‘breach of contract.’ If that is the basis of Mr. Lawrence’s lawsuit, here is my challenge: If Mr. Lawrence can produce a contract, signed by me and Mr. Lawrence on the same page, at any time in history from the beginning of time, I will toast that contract, smear it with cream cheese and eat it on national television.” (Page Six)
ASHTON KUTCHER BACKS ELLEN: Ashton Kutcher joined Ellen DeGeneres‘ growing list of allies. While many celebs have been silent as the talk-show host gets investigated for a “toxic” work environment, Jerry O’Connell, Katy Perry, and now Kutcher are sharing their sides. Kutcher wrote on social media: “I haven’t spoken with @TheEllenShow and can only speak from my own experience. She & her team have only treated me & my team w/ respect & kindness.
