Williams Lake RCMP seek help in December robbery investigation
WILLIAMS LAKE — RCMP in Williams Lake are reaching out to the public for help in getting to the bottom of a robbery late last year.
On December 11, 2019, RCMP received a report from the McLeese Lake General Store of a robbery by a man with a shotgun. The suspect was allegedly demanding lotto tickets and money. Frontline officers were unable to find the suspect.
But now, a more accurate description of the suspect has been released. The male suspect is described as:
- 35-45 years old;
- Caucasian;
- Heavy set (approximately 275-300 lbs);
- Bald;
- Long dirty blonde unkept beard;
- Wearing a full body orange traffic suit and a sweater with black and yellow markings
