COVID-19 exposure identified at Kelowna strip club
KELOWNA — Interior Health (IH) is notifying the public that individuals may have been exposed to COVID-19 at a strip club in Kelowna.
In a release, IH says further testing has identified Liquid Zoo, at 74 Lawrence Avenue in Kelowna, as a community exposure site.
Anyone who visited between July 15 and 18 is advised to self-monitor for symptoms for 14 days and get tested if symptoms arise.
Public health contact tracing is underway, and IH is also reaching out directly to those who have been exposed. People looking to get tested need to call their primary care provider, or the closest IH community testing and assessment centre.
