MATT DAMON SHUTS DOWN BLOCK IN BK: Matt Damon moved chaos in along with his belongings to a new luxury penthouse in Brooklyn, Page Six reports. The Oscar winner shut down the entire street and utilized a crane that reached over 14 stories to lift furniture and multiple trees onto his terrace. He bought the home in 2018 for $16.5 million. One local resident said, “We call the building the Standoffish because it is a little bit of Hollywood dumped in the middle of the more low-key Brooklyn Heights. The lobby is all gold and marble, and the units have Austrian white oak flooring and Italian Carrara marble slab countertops. Paul Bettany and Jennifer Connelly live there, and [Damon] has a triplex penthouse on the 11th and 12th floors and the roof. It is the highest building in the neighborhood, so it has unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline, New York Harbor and the bridges.” (Page Six)

NIKKI BELLA TALKS PREGNANCY: Nikki Bella is so excited to meet her baby boy. Nikki is set to welcome her son with fianc Artem Chigvintsev, and said on social media that all of the pregnancy symptoms are “worth it.” “Sleepless nights are worth it the closer I get to meeting you,” Nikki wrote. JEWEL TALKS HOMELESSNESS: Jewel opened up at a virtual town hall hosted by public media station WETA in DC and the National Alliance on Mental Illness to discuss her own struggles before becoming a pop star. “There have been days where I was homeless for a year, when I was 18 and absolutely terrified,” she said, “having panic attacks, shoplifting … days I thought I would just pass out.
