Man and woman arrested in Williams Lake after shots fired

WILLIAMS LAKE, B.C. — RCMP have arrested a man and a woman after the report of shots fired in Williams Lake.

According to North District RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Madonna Saunderson, officers were called to a home in the 6100-block of Guide Road Monday night (July 13) at about 10:13 p.m. The 9-1-1 caller reported hearing a disturbance and then a gunshot.

Responding officers located the suspect vehicle, a black Honda Ridgeline leaving the area. The occupants were arrested without incident.

No one was injured and RCMP say all parties know each other.
