KAMLOOPS — Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for much of the Central Interior.
It includes the 100 Mile and North Thompson areas, as well as the Cariboo and Prince George regions.
The forecaster says conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms Monday afternoon (July 6). Those could include strong wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain, and storms could last into the evening.
