KAMLOOPS — One of the last signature summer events in Kamloops still planning to go ahead has now been cancelled.
Organizers of the 2020 version of Hot Nite in the City, originally scheduled for August 7 and 8, have thrown in the towel.
In a news release, organizing committee president Ron Popove says the decision was “extremely difficult” but was made with the health and safety of both participants and visitors in mind during the COVID-19 pandemic.
