Westsyde Secondary, David Thompson Elementary schools evacuated due to ‘suspicious messages’

KAMLOOPS — UPDATE: School District 73 officials say they have been given the ‘all clear’ to return staff and students to the schools.

Graffiti on the outside of one of the schools said, “find the bomb.” School district personnel have since covered the message with paint.

EARLIER: A pair of Westsyde schools have been evacuated after RCMP say suspicious messages were written on the school.
