Province reports four new COVID-19 cases, no new deaths Tuesday

VICTORIA — The province is reporting just four new cases of COVID-19 Tuesday (June 2), and no new deaths.

Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry says the new cases were all seen in the Fraser Health region. That region is also home to two new community outbreaks, both in office environments. Henry said the outbreaks are both quite small.

B.C. has now seen 2,601 test positive cases of COVID-19 since the pandemic began. Here is where they are located:

  • 904 (Vancouver Coastal)
  • 1,311 (Fraser Health)
  • 127 (Vancouver Island)
  • 195 (Interior Health)
  • 64 (Northern Health)
