Kamloops Symphony extends contract with music director Gilbert

KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops Symphony Society has announced a contract extension with Music Director Dina Gilbert.
The Quebec native took over from longtime director Bruce Dunn upon his retirement in 2017.
According to a news release from the Kamloops Symphony Orchestra (KSO), Gilbert is signed on for an additional three seasons.
Society president Miki Andrejevic calls the extension a “positive step”, praising Gilbert for her energy and commitment to the KSO.
