PINK HONORS HER FATHER’S MILITARY SERVICE IN MEMORIAL DAY POST: Pink marked Memorial Day by honoring her father Jim Moore, a Vietnam War veteran, in a touching post on Twitter. Along with sending her thoughts to soldiers and their families, Pink also shared a song called “I Have Seen The Rain,” which her dad wrote while serving – and they got to perform together during a concert in New York.

KATHARINE MCPHEE SLAYS GAGA & ARI’S ‘RAIN ON ME’ CHOREOGRAPHY: Katharine McPhee spent her Memorial Day weekend learning the “Rain On Me” choreography. McPhee posted an epic video on Instagram of herself lip-syncing to the Lady Gaga/Ariana Grande collab. “I HEAR THE THUNDER COMING DOWN,” she captioned the clip, which features swinging her hips and dancing around with a giant umbrella. The song is from Gaga’s upcoming Chromatica album, set to be released on May 29th.

MELANIE C TO RELEASE NEW SONG ‘BLAME IT ON ME’: Melanie C announced her new single “Blame It On Me” will be released today. The Spice Girl – known as Sporty Spice in the group – shared a teaser clip of the new dance track on social media. In the promo, Melanie can be seen fighting like a superhero. The new single follows the release of “Who I Am.” Melanie’s next solo album has been delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

LADY GAGA, SIA AND MORE AMONG 2020 APRA AWARD WINNERS: Lady Gaga and Sia were among the big winners at this year’s Australasian Performing Right Association (APRA) awards held on Monday. Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s duet, “Shallow,” from their 2018 remake of A Star Is Born, was previously announced as the Most Performed International Work. And Sia’s “Cheap Thrill’s was named Most Performed Australian Work Overseas for the third straight year. Tones and I took home the awards for Song of the Year and Breakthrough Songwriter of the Year for her breakout hit, “Dance Monkey.” The APRAs were originally set to be handed out on April 28th, but was replaced with an hour-long virtual event due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
