RCMP Investigate suspicious fire

KAMLOOPS — RCMP and Fire investigators are looking into what has been termed a “suspicious fire” in Valleyview Wednesday,.
Acting Sergeant Joe Bayda says RCMP were called in late Wednesday morning to a fire at a residence at 2589 Thompson Drive. Kamloops Fire Crews put the fire out, but called the police after initial investigation.
No one was injured, but police are continuing their investigation. Anyone with information, please call Crime Stoppers or the RCMP.
