FLETCHER RELEASES NEW SONG ‘BITTER’: Fletcher has returned with her new song “Bitter” featuring Kito, as well as an accompanying music video. The song was first introduced in an episode of The L Word back in January, and is finally getting an official release. MAROON 5 PERFORMS ‘MEMORIES’ REMOTELY ON ‘THE TONIGHT SHOW’: FLETCHER gave a virtual performance of their song “Memories” on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Lead singer Adam Levine performed the song from his house on Tuesday and was joined by fellow members PJ Morton and James Valentine from their homes. Levine was wearing a Lakers basketball jersey that represented the late Kobe Bryant. Maroon 5 released a music video for “Memories” in October. Levine said the track is dedicated to his late friend and manager, Jordan Feldstein. “Memories” is Maroon 5’s first new original music since releasing album Red Pill Blues in 2017. Jimmy introduced the performance by describing “Memories” as being from Maroon 5’s “upcoming studio album.”

JENNIFER LOPEZ’S DAUGHTER TO RELEASE PICTURE BOOK: Jennifer Lopez’s daughter will release her first book in the fall. Lopez confirmed that Emme Muiz, her 12-year-old daughter with her ex-husband Marc Anthony, will release the picture book Lord Help Me in September. The book is written by Muiz and illustrated by Brenda Figueroa. Lord Help Me, published by Penguin Random House’s Crown Books for Young Readers, will be released in English and Spanish on September 29th. HOLLYWOOD BOWL CANCELS ALL SUMMER CONCERTS: The Hollywood Bowl announced that it canceled its entire summer concert series due to the coronavirus pandemic. It is the first time in the Los Angeles venue’s history that it will not present shows during the summer. The Bowl said in a statement that it wanted to protect its artists, audience, staff and community from the spread of COVID-19. The 2020 season had performances scheduled from May 29th through September 26th. Hall & Oates, Lady Antebellum, Alice Cooper, Alanis Morisette, Halsey and Steely Dan were among the artists with bookings at the Bowl. Some list their shows as postponed rather than canceled, so they may return. Ticketholders have three options. The Bowl suggests donating or exchanging tickets for credit toward a future performance at the Bowl or sister theaters. Ticketholders may also request a refund by phone or email. The Bowl recommends email.

LADY GAGA, MADONNA & MORE STARS DATA STOLEN BY HACKERS: The REvil ransomware hacking group stole data from several acts, including Lady Gaga, Madonna, Mariah Carey, Christina Aguilera and Nicki Minaj from New York-based media and entertainment law firm Grubman Shire Meiselas & Sacks. The information stolen includes contracts, nondisclosure agreements, email addresses, phone numbers and private correspondence. The news first arose once Madonna’s Madame X Tour contract suddenly surfaced on dark web forums last weekend “to show the hack was real.” The hackers are reportedly threatening to expose nearly 1TB of celebrities’ private data unless Grubman Shire Meiselas & Sacks pays a $21 million ransom in Bitcoin.
