MERRITT, B.C. — RCMP in Merritt are renewing a call for information into a missing woman after finding some of her personal items.

Lalie Honeywell was last seen on Monday (May 11) at the Double D Inn in Merritt at about 6:00 p.m. RCMP put out a plea for information into Honeywell’s whereabouts the next day.

Some of her items were found near Nicola Avenue and the Nicola River Bridge, prompting a call to local search and rescue crews. Nicola Valley Search and Rescue scoured the river with the help of Kelowna RCMP Air Services.

O’Donaghey hopes anyone who has dashcam footage of the Nicola River Bridge area after 5:00 p.m. on May 11 can scour their footage for signs of Honeywell.
