Vernon-based distillery donates truckload of sanitizer to Kamloops healthcare workers
VERNON, B.C. — A Vernon-based distillery is helping Royal Inland Hospital stay clean.
Friday (May 1), RIH Foundation CEO Heidi Coleman picked up a truckload of hand sanitizer produced by Okanagan Spirits Craft Distillery.
The distillery’s Jeremie Dyck says that amounts to about 2,000 bottles, and will supply both the hospital and Interior Health’s community health regional outreach programs in the Kamloops area.
The boxes of sanitizer filled the entire bed of a pickup truck, as well as the rear cab seating area.
