Boogie by yourself: annual event gets personal and goes online during COVID-19 crisis

KAMLOOPS — Boogie the Bridge has been a staple event for thousands of Kamloops citizens over the years.

While COVID-19 has caused the cancellation of the 2020 edition of the event, the core message of the event — “Movement is Change” — is alive and well, thanks to the dedication of organizers and volunteers.

Instead of taking in part in Boogie together, Organizer Jo Berry has suggested people Boogie on their own this year, so CFJC’s own Adam Donnelly strapped on his walking shoes and took a hike to Schubert and back to bring us his personal Boogie the Bridge.
