Van crashes into North Shore home

KAMLOOPS — RCMP are investigating why a van crashed into a North Shore home Monday (Apr. 6).

First responders were called to a home near the intersection of Twelfth Street and Lethbridge Avenue around 12:00 noon.

In a news release, Kamloops RCMP say the driver had a medical emergency, causing the vehicle to careen through a fence and into the house.

RCMP say the driver was taken to hospital as a precaution.
