UPDATE: Snowfall warning for 100 Mile area lifted

KAMLOOPS — UPDATE (2:05 p.m.): Environment Canada has lifted the snowfall warning.

EARLIER: Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for a small and specific slice of the province.

The forecaster says snowfall is expected in the 100 Mile House throughout the day Tuesday (Mar. 31).

The snowfall is expected to be heavy at times, though that is expected to ease Tuesday afternoon. Visibility could be reduced at times on local highways.

Closer to Kamloops, the weather forecast has improved somewhat for Wednesday. What was initially forecast as a below-zero high temperature has now been boosted to +2.
