CHARLOTTE CHURCH EXPECTING THIRD CHILD AFTER MISCARRIAGE: Charlotte Church is expecting a child with her husband, Jonathan Powell. Church confirmed her pregnancy on Twitter while responding to a person who posted about the Valley Aid benefit concert for flood victims in Wales. Church was to perform at the concert Saturday but pulled out due to concerns about coronavirus. “Gutted to have missed it. I’m preggers so I’m airing on the side of caution in terms of virus. It looks like it was great success,” Church wrote. Church and Powell married in October 2017. Church already has two children, daughter Ruby, 12, and son Dexter, 11, with her ex-fianc Gavin Henson. Church previously had a miscarriage in June 2017, just weeks after announcing she was expecting with Powell.

FIONA APPLE NAMED NEW ALBUM AFTER ‘THE FALL’ SCENE: Fiona Apple says her new album is named after a scene in the BBC Two series The Fall. The singer discussed the album, Fetch the Bolt Cutters, and its themes in the March 23rd issue of The New Yorker. “Fetch the Bolt Cutters” is Apple’s first album in nearly eight years. The album title refers to a scene in The Fall where Stella Gibson (Gillian Anderson), a sex crimes investigator, says the phrase after discovering a locked door to a room where a girl has been tortured. Fetch the Bolt Cutters features 12 songs, which Apple composed and recorded at home. It will serve as Apple’s follow-up to 2012’s The Idler Wheel and is expected sometime later this year.
