TV shoot looking for Kamloops-area extras

KAMLOOPS — Yet another major Hollywood production will be taking place in the Kamloops area shortly – and it’s looking for locals who want to be extras.

Van Helsing Season 5 will be filming at Tranquille on the Lake between March 23 and April 3.

According to information distributed by the Thompson-Nicola Film Commission, extras will be at least 18 years old and have transportation to get to Tranquille.

Extras must be available for at least a few dates during the filming window.

If you’re chosen as an extra, you will be paid between minimum wage and $20-per-hour, depending on the day of work.
