KIJHL appoints new commissioner

KAMLOOPS — The Kootenay International Junior Hockey Leage has hired Jeff Dubois as its new commissioner.
Dubois, a former head coach and general manager of the Creston Valley Thunder Cats, replaces Larry Martel.
Martel had held the position of interim commissioner since June of 2018.
