Randy Diehl appointed interim CAO of TNRD

KAMLOOPS — After the sudden retirement of Sukh Gill earlier this month, the Thompson-Nicola Regional District has appointed an interim CAO.

Randy Diehl, who was the former CAO for the City of Kamloops, will take over the position effective Feb. 24.

Diehl is well-versed and experienced in local government administration, the TNRD says in a news release, and he will assist in the hiring of a permanent CAO.

Former CAO Sukh Gill suddenly retired last week.
