We have heard the phrase ‘The Rule of Law’ uttered repeatedly in relation to the political issues of the day —but what does it actually mean? Is it simply obeying the law? Dr. Jeffrey Meyers of TRU’s Faculty Law joins host James Peters to define ‘The Rule of Law’.
