WolfPack women’s volleyball looking for deep playoff run, basketball facing one in play in games.

KAMLOOPS —- Of all the TRU WolfPack varsity athletic teams, the women’s volleyball squad has arguably been the most successful over the last five seasons.

Since Chad Grimm took over as head coach in the 2014-15 season, the WolfPack have made three Canada West quarterfinal appearances.

In each of those years — 2016, 2017 and 2019, coach Grimm’s team went into the playoffs as the 6th seed each time.

This time they go in no worst than a number five seed, and could go as high as number three.

With a balanced offensive attack TRU has used through the season, this could be the one in which the WolfPack make a run in the Canada West playoffs.
