HARRY AND MEG MOVING TO L.A.? Are Prince Harry and Meghan Markle planning on moving to L.A., the Duchess’ old neighborhood? Page Six reports that the pair are scouting out locations in L.A. and Canada. “Meghan is, at heart, an LA girl, she cares about money, power and prestige,” an insider claims. On Wednesday, the pair revealed they are stepping away from the palace, and will relinquish their titles, in exchange for splitting their time between the U.K. and North America. (Page Six)
ADAM SANDLER RESPONDS TO OSCAR BUZZ: Many think Adam Sandler deserves an Oscar for his role in Uncut Gems. Sandler is taking it in stride, and tells ET: “It would be funny as hell, man.” Nominations drop January 13th. (ET)
NEW EVIDENCE? TMZ reports that Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli may have a new witness in their corner. New evidence points to them paying University of Southern Cal Senior Associate Athletic Director Donna Heinel $50K, and observers say that it was clearly not a bribe because the payee was USC, and that they sent it after the so-called Varsity Blues ringmaster Rick Singer instructed them to do so. Singer also had Mossimo give him a check for $200K for one of his charities, which also cannot be construed as a bribe, observers argue. In all, the pair are accused of shelling out $500K in bribes to get their daughters into USC. (TMZ)
DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER RESPONDS TO ROMANCE CLAIMS: Duane “Dog” Chapman is responding to his daughter Lyssa‘s claims that he is moving on from his recently deceased wife Beth with his assistant Moon Angell. Dog told reporters: “Moon has been a trustworthy and loyal friend to me for over 20 years. She has been with my family through many ups and downs. All my children are grown and gone on their own, there’s no one left to help me!” Still, even if their relationship evolves: “There will never be another Mrs. Dog but that doesn’t mean I have to be so sad.” (Radar)
