Traffic snarls for morning commuters in Kamloops

Jan 7, 2020 | 8:50 AM

KAMLOOPS — Snowy and slippery streets brought a series of headaches for Kamloops commuters Tuesday morning (Jan. 7).

A pair of city buses became stuck along Columbia Street, leading to big lineups behind them.

Meantime, traffic was lined up along Halston Avenue due to an incident near Salish Road on the Tk’emlups Reserve.

Environment Canada is calling for periods of snow to continue through Tuesday into Wednesday.
