One particular phrase that was very similar was “We run things. Things no run we,” which she sang as “We run things. Things don’t run we” in “We Can’t Stop.” In new documents, all parties have agreed that “this action shall be discontinued with prejudice…with each party to bear its or his own costs and attorneys’ fees.” “With prejudice” bars the plaintiff from bringing an action on the same claim. Miley’s “We Can’t Stop,” from her’ album Bangerz, hit No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 in August 2013.

ZAYN MALIK’S SISTER WELCOMES FIRST CHILD: Zayn Malik’s 17-year-old sister has reportedly given birth to her first child. LADY GAGA NOMINATED FOR ARTIST OF THE DECADE AT THE DORIAN AWARDS BY LGBTQ CRITICS SOCIETY: Lady Gaga is among the nominees for this year Dorian Awards, given out annually by the Society of LGBTQ Entertainment Critics. Gaga is a nominee for Wilde Artist of the Decade. Her competition includes Little Women director Greta Gerwig, Pose star Billy Porter, Glee, American Horror Story, Feud and Pose creator Ryan Murphy, and Fleabag creator and star Phoebe WallerBridge. Gaga and Bradley Cooper are also nominated for TV Musical Performance of the Year for their steamy “Shallow” duet at the Oscars. Another nominee in that category is Lizzo, for her performance of “Truth Hurts” at the MTV VMAs last year. Taylor Swift’s movie CATS is nominated for Campy Film of the Year, along with Greta, Knives Out, Ma and Serenity. The winners will be announced January 8th.
