JONAS BROHERS RING IN THE NEW YEAR IN MIAMI: The Jonas Brothers started the new year off in Miami with Sophie Turner and Priyanka Chopra. Variety reports that the trio performed an hour-long set for thousands of fans at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. As the clock approached midnight, Nick Jonas told the audience they were “going to bring up people who are very meaningful to us,” before inviting their wives, Turner, Chopra and Dani Jonas up on the stage.

ALANIS MORISETTE ENCOURAGED BROADWAY STAR TO CURSE ON LIVE TV: Alanis Morisette encouraged the star of the Broadway show Jagged Little Pill to drop an F-bomb on “Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Years Eve with Ryan Seacrest” Tuesday night (December 31st). Lauren Patten was singing the 90s hit “You Oughta Know” and completed the famous line, “are you thinking of me when you f— her?” Patten tells Variety, “”She [Morisette] told me to. She said, ‘say it.’ She said she always says [sings] that, and [told me] you are going to say it, too.” Censors were able to bleep the curse from the live broadcast.

POST MALONE DEBUTS NEW TATTOO, FALLS OFF STAGE: Post Malone had an eventful New Year’s Eve. The “Circles” singer got a new face tattoo and fell off of the stage during his performance on “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rock’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest.” Page Six reports that Malone appeared unharmed and was quickly helped by security guards and fans. He had debuted his tattoo on Instagram only hours earlier, a medieval gauntlet holding a flail.

JUSTIN BIEBER CELEBRATES NEW YEAR’S WITH INSTAGRAM SNAPS: Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin celebrated the new year by posting pics on Instagram. Baldwin captioned a picture of their New Year’s smooch with “please be my New Years kiss even when I’m 80!!!” Bieber posted a few snaps with his wife before plugging his new single “Yummy,” out this Friday (Jan. 3).
