Alleged gunman holds up Enderby liquor store
ENDERBY, B.C. — North Okanagan RCMP say a man believed to be wielding a handgun held up a liquor store on the 700 block of Cliff Avenue in Enderby Monday night.
On Dec. 23, just after 8:30 p.m., RCMP front line officers responded to the call following the robbery.
“A lone man entered the store, threatened the staff with what appeared to be a handgun, and demanded money,” said Const. Jocelyn Noseworthy, RCMP spokesperson, in a press release. “He fled the store with an undisclosed amount of money and goods.
“We are glad to report that no one was injured as a result of this incident.”
