Downtown fire razes vehicle

KAMLOOPS — RCMP have been called in to check on a fire overnight in the parking lot behind the Sandman Centre.
Emergency crews were called to the scene around 3:30 this morning. (December 23rd).
Platoon Captain Wade Lindoff says the vehicle was fully involved when they arrived. Crews put the fire out quickly, but Lindoff wouldn’t speculate on a possible cause.
RCMP were notified. Apparently a person nearby said there was a large bang prior to the fire.
