KAMLOOPS — A Kamloops lawyer is one of 26 across the province to be given the prestigious Queen’s counsel designation.
Brad Smith was called to the bar in 2000 and spent more than a decade as a prosecutor with the Public Prosecution Service of Canada.
Smith then began his own private defence practice and has offices in Kamloops and Vancouver.
One-hundred sixty-three B.C. lawyers were nominated for the Q.C. designation this year.
