Ten cruisers full of toys, $1,700 raised for Christmas Amalgamated during Kamloops’ Stuff the Cruisers

KAMLOOPS — Plenty of donations were collected over the weekend to help fill the hampers at Christmas Amalgamated.
Kamloops RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Jodi Shelkie says officers delivered 10 police cruisers full of toys and other Christmas items, along with more than $1,700 cash to the organization on Saturday (Dec. 14).
This weekend, RCMP officers, Auxiliaries and volunteers accepted donations at Walmart and Toys R Us, before being delivered to the volunteers at Christmas Amalgamated to make the holidays brighter for those less fortunate in our community.
