Two people arrested outside Kamloops in connection to stolen pickup truck

KAMLOOPS — A member of the public with a keen eye helped police make two arrests and solve a stolen truck investigation.
Mounties say someone spotted the stolen pick up late Friday (December 6th, 2019) morning and called RCMP. The vehicle was headed north on Criss Creek Road.
RCMP set out after the vehicle and stopped it 13 km up Criss Creek Road. Officers arrested two suspects, a 32-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman.
RCMP Staff Sgt. Mat Van Laer was thankful for the tip from the public.
