The NYC event will be part of Osteen’s “America’s Night of Hope,” tour, which he wants to take across the country. Osteen will handle the sermon, and West and the choir will run the music. (TMZ)

RITA ORA, RAFFERTY LAW SPARK ROMANCE RUMORS: Rita Ora, 29, and Jude Law‘s eldest son Rafferty Law, 23, were spotted at a British Fashion Awards after-party at Harry’s Bar in London, where an eyewitness tells E! they saw the pair “getting close, kissing outside on the terrace.” The pair then left around 1:30 am and hit up Rihanna‘s after-party at Laylow. “Rita and Rafferty appeared to be really into one another, Rafferty kept kissing her on the porch while smoking,” the spy spills. “The two looked very happy to be together.” The worked together on the new Oliver Twist remake.
