Billie Eilish has revealed that she and Drake speak via text message – and her fans are not having it.

In a new interview with Vanity Fair, the 17-year-old entertainer revealed one of the most famous people in her phone is Drake.

“Drake is like the nicest dude I’ve ever spoken to. I mean, I’ve only like texted him, but he’s so nice. Like, he does not need to be nice, you know what I mean? He’s at a level in his life where he doesn’t need to be nice, but he is, you know?”

The claim by Eilish irked fans, especially after Drake previously got heat over his friendship with another young entertainer – Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown. Many people took to Twitter to share their frustrations over the situation.

“Does anyone else think it’s strange that Drake just has Billie Eilish and Millie Bobby Brown’s numbers? It’s definitely possible he’s just being a role model and it has to do with marketing but why’s a 32-year-old man texting girls under the age of 17?” one fan asked.

In addition to Drake, Eilish also boasts the likes of Hailey Bieber, Justin Bieber, Teyana Taylor, Avril Lavigne, Ariana Grande and Kid Cudi as her most famous contacts.

Billie Eilish discussed everything from fame to criticisms of her music in a new Vanity Fair interview.

Eilish’s “Same Interview, The Third Year” sees Billie answer a list of questions when she was 15-years-old and then the same list again when she was 16-years-old. It then compares how her responses have changed within a year’s time.

Billie also opens up about scary fan experiences: “I did this show last week where I went down into the crowd and somebody grabbed my hand and yanked me so hard and I had two security guards try to pull me away and it took a minute to do it,” she says. “And then when they finally let go I fell. And then somebody stole my ring, somebody grabbed my hand and pulled my ring off, stole it.”

Billie also says that the biggest rumor about her has gone from her allegedly being pregnant in 2018 to her apparently selling her soul to Satan in 2019.
