RCMP looking for missing Kamloops man

KAMLOOPS — The Tk’emlups Rural RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Richard JULES. Richard was last seen on the afternoon of November 23rd at his residence.

In a news release, Constable Jordan Canuel of the Tk’emlups Rural detachment says Jules is aboriginal, 48 years old, 5’5″ tall, 95 pounds, with short straight brown hair. He was possibly wearing a red and white winter jacket and work boots, and may have a moustache.
