Weekend sweep brings WolfPack women’s volleyball to 7-1

KAMLOOPS —In dominating fashion, the TRU WolfPack women’s volleyball team powered through a pair of wins at home this weekend.

After taking the University of Regina Cougars 3-0 before 1,300 fans at the Tournament Capital Centre on Friday (Nov. 15), the Pack came back and beat the Cougars again in three straight sets on Saturday (Nov. 16).

The Pack were led by Kendra Finch (North Vancouver) with 10 kills in 27 chances, 14 digs and four service aces.

The WolfPack now move to 7-1 on the year, as they take the win streak on the road next weekend (Nov. 22-23), taking on the Thunderbirds at UBC.
