LADY GAGA TO STAR IN GUCCI MURDER MOVIE: Lady Gaga has landed the lead role in producer Ridley Scott’s film about the murder of Maurizio Gucci, the grandson of fashion designer Guccio Gucci. Lady Gaga will play Patrizia Reggiani, who was convicted of hiring a hit man to kill her businessman ex-husband in 1995 after he left her for a younger woman. She was released in 2016 after 18 years in prison. The film will be an adaptation of Sara Gay Forden’s true-crime book The House of Gucci: A Sensational Story of Murder, Madness, Glamour, and Greed. Roberto Bentivegna wrote the screenplay.

BLACK EYED PEAS, NCT 127, CIARA, MORE TO PERFORM AT MACY’S THANKSGIVING DAY PARADE: NCT 127, Lea Michele, Tenille Townes, Billy Porter, TLC, Idina Menzel, Chris Young and the Black Eyed Peas are set to perform at the 93rd Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City. Also confirmed to participate are Chicago, Ciara, Kelly Rowland, Debbie Gibson, Natasha Bedingfield and Josh Dela Cruz, Macy’s announced. The event will air live on NBC on November 28th.

SELENA GOMEZ TO PERFORM AT AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS: Selena Gomez will take the stage at the 2019 American Music Awards. Producers announced that Gomez, 27, will perform her new music at the awards show November 24th in Los Angeles. The performance will mark Gomez’s first live TV performance in two years. Gomez previously performed at the AMAs in 2014, 2015 and 2017. Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande and Post Malone are among the top 2019 AMAs nominees. Swift will perform during the ceremony and receive the Artist of the Decade award.
